  One of the largest farms in Asir region , it constitutes a chicken farm, palm tree groves, pomegranates and citrus plantations. It also house stable of beautiful pure bred Arabian horses. Its location between Wadi Tabalah and the busy Bishah-Sabt Alalaya road makes it appropriate for farming as well as industrial/Business workshops. It is also only a few hundred meters away from the major electricity generation plant of Shdaiq. Current development plans being considered are a brick factory, a safari park and a petrol station.
