    Former site of Club Meds Playa Blanca Resort which was stunning beautiful. Mountainside villas, flowers, super facilities, and a protected bay made this place a 'must stop' for vacationers. No children was the rule but always some spotted there. The beach was the acene for heavy romance in the late hours. 2 1/2 hours bus ride from Puerto Vallarta. Now closed and sold to (??). No wonder trespassers were escorted off the beach and premises. Other resorts nearby offer solitude and beauty with night life centered around the resorts bars and theatres. Very nice area. Locals are poor and very friendly. Zero crime outside the hotels property. Highly recommend this area. Go to Puerto Vallarta, rent a car or Jeep and drive south along the coast. Does not get much better.
