A large Spanish/ranch-style single-storey mansion set on acreage. It is (or was) owned by the Ingham family, which owned Australia's largest brand of frozen chicken. The Ingham factory was way down the other end of Kurrajong Rd in the suburb of Prestons - the road ended, crossed a small bridge over Cabramatta Creek, and the chicken factory was on the other side. I'm not sure how old the mansion is, but it was definitely there as far back as 1983. Back then, that part of Casula south of Kurrajong Rd was all farmland and bushland - the land around it was subdivided for suburban residential areas in the 1980s and 1990s, but the mansion and several acres remain!
