Lake Menindee

Largest of the Menindee Lakes system, a series of overflow lakes, often dry or mostly dry, but which can fill when the Darling River system overflows in wet years. The township of Sunset Strip is on the northern shoreline. Half the lake is within Kinchega National Park.
