The oldest municipal park in Bellingham, Elizabeth park is surrounded by victorian houses and shaded by massive walnut, chestnut and big-leaf maple trees. The park features walking trails, open grassy areas, fountain, gazebo, tennis courts, playground, basketball hoop, picnic tables, and restrooms (seasonal restroom closures), with free summertime concerts.

  • Origionally a park for Well to do residents of the Eldridge area. It was privately held until donated to the city. Ironically, the high society park was near the Red light district.
