Willoughby State Forest encompasses 7,300 acres in the northern area of Vermont. Lake Willoughby boasts 1,653 acres plentiful with rainbow trout, lake trout, brown trout, landlocked salmon and yellow perch. It is the deepest lake entirely within Vermont.
