Orrido di Botri

Spectacular gorge carved by headwaters of the Fegana Torrent. Open to visitors in the summer months. After registration with the Corpo Forestale (forestry authority), and wearing a hard hat supplied by them, visitors take a self-guided tour up to two hours trek, partly wading in very cold water. Full of variety and rushing water, enriched by multi-coloured stones as well as flora and fauna. Upper reaches require special equipment and permission from the authority.
