This site, whose location provides that they cannot leave the property any direction other than east on State Rd, has been three different restaurants: A York Steak House (buffet-style) originally occupied the building through the late 1980s, followed by a Weathervane Seafood in the early 1990s and finally an Outback Steakhouse in the early 2000s, which closed due to over-saturation of the market with sit-down restaurants and the slowing economy. Most recently, a Japanese hibachi-style restaurant was set to occupy the restaurant, but as of spring 2009 it has not opened.
