Terminal was built in 1969. At the time of construction it was quite modern room, similar to the terminal of Sheremetyevo-1 Airport. Over time, the building becoming obsolete, but its reconstruction was not carried out because at the end of the 1970s at the highest level, it was decided to build a new airport in Omsk. Omsk-Fyodorovka began to build in 1982, but, unfortunately, did not have time to finish before 1991. Since the beginning of reform construction of a new airport was useless exercise. At the same time the standard of living has decreased so much that the existing airport passenger traffic has become minimal. At the beginning of XXI century, the situation began to stabilize. Start growing number of passengers, increase the number of flights. In these circumstances, again raised the question of the reconstruction of the terminal. Events repair began in 2007 due to lack of equity and long-standing conflict with the airport management of regional authorities, the reconstruction was difficult. Nevertheless, until 2009 it managed to do a considerable amount of work. After the transfer of the airport in the regional property it went faster, and in 2010 the terminal building domestic air lines were opened after reconstruction. In 2012 he received the name of the terminal B. As of October 2012, there are airline offices, waiting rooms, ticket offices, reception area and control the relegation zone domestic and international flights, domestic flights arrival area.
