  • This subdivision needs to start a homeowners organization soon and band together and sue Earth & Style for fraudulent advertisements. A lot of things they are adverstising are not there. The place is really a mess, electric and water utilities are still temporary, no street lights whatsover, no prasadiya, houses being built without roads. Unsecured perimeterfence, and most of all cheap contruction materials are used to build houses. and many more.............

  • earth & style, vlmi should be ashamed of their misleading advertisements and their lousy maintenance of this subdivision. The subdivision is not a high end village like Earth & style people say, there's hardly any trees, plants or shrubs that you could show prospective buyers. The street lights are very dim, no meralco, only a chosen few, there's no consistency on rules (you could build whatever you want- I guess that's the only beauty of it, if you think about it. No one will say no to you). The exit going to pavilion, you will encounter the railroad tracks which will cause damage to your vehicle, no one wants to maintain it or own up to it! The clubhouse is not even close to being decent. Check out other subdivision before thinking about buying a property here!!!
