  • if you're looking for an affordable apartment, then fountain breeze is good enough for you. if you're looking for quality than affordability, then this one's not for you.
  • yeah you hit it right kaiser. fountain breeze is not good for investment sort of since i assume, fountain breeze condo will break in 2 years or 3 since they have poor foundation. the partition walls in between the units are too thin you could almost hear every noise mula sa kabilang unit. the admin of fb also doesn't communicate well with the unit owners. theyre too slow if there's a complain but they're too fast when it comes to money. don't ever purchase a unit in fountain breeze, not woth of investment. waste of money...
