Balili is the second most populous barangay in both La Trinidad and the whole of Benguet province, with a population of 16,086 as of the 2010 Census.
It is surrounded by Poblacion in the north, Cruz and Tawang in the east, Betag in the west, Pico in the southwest, and Lubas in the south. Balili River is named after the barangay.
