Tatana (Port Moresby) | island

Papua New Guinea / National Capital District / Port Moresby

Tatana is an island inside Port Moresby's Fairfax Harbour. A wharf was built there during World War II as part of the preparation for the Kokoda Campaign. A Motu village was located here. A causeway was built to the mainland, which persists today.
