This used to be the home of The Alligator Grill, a Cajun food restaurant and bar that lasted from 1994 to January 2010. The restaurant got a boost (and they were proud to mention it, too) when it was used as the setting as "Chotchkie's", a T.G.I. Friday's-esque restaurant in the movie "Office Space" (1999) where Jennifer Aniston's character, Joanna, worked.
