The National Shrine of the Divine Mercy is located at Eden Hill, which also hosts the provincial headquarters of the international Congregation of Marians of the Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary. Eden Hill was a "Gilded Age" cottage built in 1894 by Samuel Walter Woodward, a wealthy department store tycoon. The house was purchased by the Marians in 1943.
