This functions as an elaborate greenhouse but is referred to in Russian as a Hanging Garden. It is located on the second floor, above the premises of the former royal stables and coach house, and occupies the space between the tubes that connect the North and South halls of the Small Hermitage. The central avenue of the garden adorned with decorative sculpture. In the North, it sits with a flower garden pavilion with a marble fountain, around the fountain statue. In the middle of the XIX century was constructed the glass ceiling roof to enclose the winter garden.
