Governor's Place in Shaw Blvd. Tower 2 has Defective elevators. Either you get stuck in the elevator or the 2 elevators are totally shut off, you'll be force to scale the stairs up and down to the 17 th floor. The administration promised replacement by 2015 but half of the year had already passed but there is no replacement in sight.
