Madley Park is a large new housing estate on the eastern side of Witney. It has around 1200 houses, two Primary Schools (In the same building, one for special needs) a neighbourhood centre, where there is a Co-operative Food Store, and 10 smaller shops.

The first houses were completed in July, 2001. The estate gets its name from the brook running through it, Madley Brook, which comes from the Saxon word madle, as it used to be on the edge of Saxon land. Madley Park also suffered flooding in July 2007 and around 20 homes were affected. These homes were on Madley Brook Road, nowhere else in the estate was affected.

From the A40 road, Turn off at Witney East and follow the road around until you get to a crossroads, turn right into Jubilie Way, and for the main estate, turn off at the second junction, Harvest Way. Alternatly, from the buttercross in the town centre, follow the High Street eastbound, on the first roundabout take the second exit, and at the second roundabout, take the second exit sign posted Witney East/Bicester and follow to the A4095 (Woodstock road), Madley Park front entrance is on the right hand side.
