The old watermill, serving Brinkburn Priory ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brinkburn_Priory ) and now run by the Landmark Trust as high-grade accommodation. The river teems with wildlife (otters, etc.).

The Mill sits in a gorge: there's no TV or radio and no reception; if you want to use your mobile, walk to the top of the hill!
