  • Cell C will never change, they can change their look and try and fool us into thinking their service has changed but it hasn't. I was sworn at by one of the Cell C Branch owners and Cell C told me that it was a franchise so it's not their problem. After convincing them it was I told them I expected a letter of apology, till this day no one from Cell C has contacted me, not even to say the Branch owner refuses to apologise. Recently I was in the market for a Data Package, I went to 8ta, Vodacom and MTN only, didn't even bother with Cell C. I am not a Cell C customer and will never be because of that. And all my friends made a decision to not be their customers either. If I could warn every person wanting to fall for their crap I would!!
  • I'm extremely dissapointed in Cell C poor service, I asked that my son's phone be opened for international roaming on Thursday 17 May as he was leaving for the States, he received a call on Thursday to do all the steps to activate the international roaming and was told that it took 24 hours to be activated which was this Friday afternoon 18 May. On Saturday morning we had not heard anything from him, I phoned CELL C Call Centre only to be told that his international roaming had never been activated. I will definitely hold CEll C liaible should any problems arise as their poor service levels has put us as a family in a very difficult situation.
  • In short CELL C SUCKS BILLING IS UP TO NIL, STAFF ARROGANT.CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR WILLINGNES AND HELP,IT DOENST EXIST.I ve been a faithfull customer for 10 years due to there shit service past two or so years Im afraid I am moving on as soon as contracts expire,obviously after Ive been to the press!!!Cell C was a good service provider when Lars Reicheldt was in charge,since he left they are farming backwards and becoming a HORRIBLE SEVICE PROVIDER
  • Don't use CELL C or open Internation Roaming when traveling if you are with them. Cell C cant tell me what it was spent on but Charged me R3686 for 3mb data. My mail does not even sync with my phone automatically. I have been trying to get a refund now for 5 months. Cell C is a BIG BLACK HOLE in the ground. Im moving on ASAP. As soon as you have a quiry or problem,, they dont take any ownership. You are on your own.
  • I have a blackberry z10phone that purtched from cel c and sense have nou jouse of it a have phoned them on occasions to help but to no afaine now a am vedup and want to cansel the contract imidiadly
  • The Service at Cel C Westgate is very poor I went there to hand in my Samsung S4 screen is damaged and they weren't very helpfull. After i called Samsung they suggested I go to one of there shop in Constantia Kloof and they will fix the screen for free.
  • I am not getting help from Cell C my number was ported to Cell c I don't know why and how that happened I called your customer service keep in mind that im using my money to call the lady I spoke to told me that the porting department has closed so they will contact me tomorrow morning which they never did, I had to call and guess what, It was just a waste of my time. I am carrying a phone that is not working because of you guys.

  • On Satuday past I just got a new iPhone and needed help to set up my phone as I have never used one before. I went into my local cell c store where I thought I would get help like I usually did. When my wife and I got there, two consultants were at the desks busy with customers. We waited as the store was then not busy. We could hear people laughing and talking in the back office. We waited for 10mins then more customers arrived but NO staff came out from the back area. The lady at the desk then asked me to knock on the door to the back area and ask someone to come out and assist the waiting customers. I did that. A lady with short hair responded to me, "we'll I'm actually on lunch " to which I responded to her abrupt tone "that's a shit attitude to take with a customer". She came out and continued mouthing off at me on the shop floor in front of everyone. When I said to report her she replied, "go ahead I don't care". She even had the disrespect to continue performing as we walked out the store. I am seriously disgusted in this branches service. I don't know why they lost all their awesome staff. To top it off a vodacom store offered to help me set up my iPhone. Now that's service
  • the service of cell c is poor. i contacted their customer service several times, sending emails and phoning them but with no help. they promise to call back but haven't one this at all. they out of their own free will blacklisted me even though i paid my account which was due. i faxed the proof of payments and was even in the cell c promenade branch where a consultant also faxed the documents. i have read all the reviews of complaints about this company and as a consumer i can not understand why they are still operating.
  • Ported my number from Vodacom to cell c due to cell c doing the signal test and it was good.....but I made the biggest mistake ever. Signal is so bad. Don't get any call always going to voice mail. And the service from customer service and stores is pathetic. Their service is very bad. Once they gave the contract they treat the customer like trash. I have proof of this as well.
  • Since when does cell c ask R5442.67 to fix a small crack in your screen on a blackberry Z10?? Nearly costs as much as the phone even to cancel the contract costs 2 times less.......... absolutely pathetic will never send any client to them.....

  • SUCH POOR SERVICE FORM CELL C , I APPLIED FOR A NEW PHONE CONTRACT ON THE 19TH OF MAY AND WAS BEING ASSISTED BY WELCOME THWALA , AND I SENT JIM ALL THE DOCUMENTS THAT WAS REQUESTED AND THEN HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS APPORVED AND MY PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN , THEN I FOLLOWED UP TO FIND OUT , THEN I WAS TOLD THAT WELCOME MADE A MISTAKE ON THE APPLICATION AND HE HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, THEN MY PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED BY LAST WEEK ALREADY AND STILL THAT WAS NOT DONE, NO FEEDBACK FROM CELLC , AND THEN TODAY I CALL THE CLL CENTRE NUMBER 084145 AND IM TOLD THAT MY PHONE IS STILL IN THE VALIDATION DEPARTMENT AND THEY WANT A CERTIFIED COPY OF ID ,IF I DINT CALL AGAIN I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN BECAUSE CELL C DOESNT GIVE FEED BACK ON THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND BECAUSE OF THIS, I HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • cell c services is bad they not deliver what they promised their clients' I bought a phone and I used it for 3days it had factory fold I took it back they said it will take 7days they will repair it..I don't have a phone even today, I go to the shop everyday to enquire when I get there they say will call head office and ask...I think I need my refund go some where and buy another phone
  • I don't think I will ever commit myself with cell c ever again coz I had a contract with them 2 years back and know they still deduct some cash in my account when I call/ phone them they tell me that I tuck a upgrade witch I don't know anything about it so me and cell c are done
  • Hi am having a problem from last year i had a contract with cell c,the contract was suppose to finish on the july and i wasnt interested to do upgrades.i discoverd that there s someone who did upgrades on mybehalf.last year cell c did investigation but they didn't sort out my problem even today am still having a problem....call centers cant help
  • lydia Good day i have received the letter today that am owing cell c 477.42 and this matter is been referred to cell c lawyers i feel now this is serious harrassment as i have requested the account to be closed when the contract was experieng on th 31/01/2015 and payment arrangement was made with mojalefa monaheng at you legal department that he must terminate the contract as don't need services anymore the account was paid in full via eft as per arrangement and now this is 10th time sending same mail to cell c that i cannot pay for the service that i don't kindly rectify this matter or am going to escalate to your ceo it seems somebody is not doing their jod and ask your lawyers to stop phoning me and i have another 061 which it was paid and i have requested the account to be closed i keep on receiving emails that payment was received but why my account is not closed number 0842506335
  • CELL C'S SERVICE IS VERY BAD. THEY DO NOT COME BACK TO A CLIENT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.AND IF THEY FEEL TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOU THE PERSONS SPEAKS SO FAST THAT YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND A WORD OF THE MESSAGE. Sometimes they respond back with an e-mail with the same old sentence " one of our consultants will contact you within 24 hours". O MY!!!! DOES 24 HOURS ACTUALLY MEANS 24 YEARS?
  • Employee of the Year: after having such horrible service from Vodacom and Mtn, I decided to give cell C a try so I went into your branch in Shelly Centre and spoke to a lady called Jeanine, WOW so well spoken and knowledgable and quick SHE made my problem disappear within 24hrs (porting) despite the other service providers trying for 3 weeks and still not getting it right.I was so impressed that the next day I went back and took out a data contract with her even though I still have 3 months to run on my Telkom contract. HEAD OFFICE OF CELL C......you have a gem of an employee working for you, and you kneed to know just how good she is. Regards and thanks Teresa Grobler
  • I am very unhappy with the incompatince service i got from cell c. I want to do the contract buy out but know one has told me its only till the 1st. They told me i must first get my premature cancellation form and come back to them. I went yesterday with all the documents required oh sorry mam but the promotion is over. I said but how did non of you told me. Today i phone cell c direct about the buyout no mam they have extend it until today. So i rushed to cell c to get my things sorted. The lady at cell c phones cell c direct no it expired yesterday but how could they not assist me yesterday when i was there. I am going to take this matter further
  • Cell C are a pack of liars and thieves. I have a query with regards to my account and I keep on getting the response like a robot. Can somebody get off the fat behinds and actually have the decency to give me a call instead of an automatic response. I am so angry that I if I go to the accounts department, they will hear words that they have never heard in theirs lives or every thought existed.
  • First time in my life taking a contract and cell c made sure is the last contract by their poor service.
  • My contract phone was lost so I had the phone number blocked ( 0839413515). I have tried for more than fourweeks to get a proper Invoice for the amount due for a cancllation. Finally, about a week ago I received one without any bank details ! I speak four languages but cannot get through to any one who understands what I want. It is normal busines practice.
