Jabiru Island is the home of Phil Hill Environmental Park. Built in 1997 by the Gold Coast City Council and the Runaway Bay Lions Club, the boardwalk took 1200 man hours to construct. The walk maybe joined either via a paved footpath from the park under the bridge, or from a footpath on northern side of Broadwater Ave. The boardwalk extends along the eastern edge of the island.

  • Which should have priority when the outline of the polygon is synonymous with both the geographical feature (in this case, the island), or the humna feature (in this case, the environmental park)? I say it would have to be the island, not the park, which is the primary tag name. The island contains the park, not the other way round. This is Jabiru Island. The Phil Hill Environmental Park is on Jabiru Island. Therefore the tag should also be Jabiru Island, with the park mentioned in the text. I have so amended it.
