Built in 1911 (other sources say 1913), arch. I.P. Volodikhin. The façade of the building bears the marks of neoclassical style, but markedly asymmetrical (an Art Nouveau feature). The most interesting element is the stairway, put into the yard to save space. So, from the courtyard the building looks very Constructivist.
