Former greenhouses of ex-farm "Pusha-Voditsa" which are not currently in use. This object belongs to the State administrative department, so area keeps to be secured.
Because of change of the land's purpose will be developed with the medium and low rised (up to 9 floors) residental buildings.

  • Thanks for description. Recent visit (May 2016) showed no signs of construction, only huge areas of former greenhouses, most of which are dismantled and heavily looted. There's also an interesting mix of old, circa 1920-s buildings and newer ones which are in better shape but also forgotten and abandoned. Area has a asphalt road so it's no problem to get there on bike or a car. Close proximity to Lake Redkine (Ministerka).
