By far the best western-style breakfast in Seoul. Go to Gangnam-Gu office station on the #7 Green Line and take exit #4. At the top of the stairs, make a 180 degree turn and walk up to the curbside. DO NOT cross the street. There should be a bus stop within a few feet of where you're standing. Board the #301 bus here. Take the #301 about one kilometer. Get off the bus immediately after the very first major intersection. The bus stop is in front of a Burger King. Walk down the alley on the side of the Burger King and you'll see Butterfinger Pancakes on the left.
