Five-storey house, built in the mid-1930s - only in this part of the Engel'sa avenue residential building period of constructivism (architect G.Simonov, P. Abrosimov, A. Khryakov).

The long facade on the right side elevated up to six storeys. Butt this part built on a decorative wall. The appearance of a decoration indicates a transition from pure style to the next historical period. More damage to the original intention of the authors does natural loggia glazing and construction of new stores in the basement, as well as placing advertisements on the facades.
The house was a hostel MIA, so the locals called it "Mititseysky".
