Consists of 1 16-floors and 3 25-floors buildings. Originally it was planned to build a mall here but the construction was put on hold. In 2002 the unfinished building was destroyed to build a residential complex. Opening of the complex was separated into queues. In 2011 this construction was also put on hold leaving unfinished one residential, one office and five domestic buildings. In 2017-2019 the residential building was finished as Smart Plaza Obolon multifunctional complex.
