Проект реализуется китайской компанией Tebian Electric Apparatus (TBEA). Он разработан китайскими специалистами, они же провели геодезические работы. Мощность ТЭЦ составит 200 МВт.
ajikistan 2 * 50 MW Coal Power Plant Project
The project is a newly-built heating supply and power generation EPC project contracted by TBEA CO,LTD. The power plant will not only support Tajikistan national grid and ease the power shortage, but also meet the increasing demands of power around the capital of Dushanbe District. After completion, the power plant will meet the demand for heating for at least 1.3 million square meters and the demands of electricity in winter time.
Optimization of design, equipment of high quality and low consumption, energy efficiency, intelligent integration of operation and management are adopted in the designing, equipment selection and project construction. The project is designed with the features of large capacity, high thermal efficiency, auxiliary power and low rate of coal consumption. The annual coal consumption for power generation is 324.8 g/Kwh. And annual coal consumption for heating supply is 40.01 g/GJ. The low carbon, environmental friendly, energy conservation and emissions reduction are adopted in the design and equipments of new generation sets. The furnace combustion system adopts advanced low nitrogen combustion technology, the exhaust of nitrogen oxide emissions is controlled to less than 510 mg/Nm3. Electrostatic precipitator is used in carbon emission with high efficiency and energy saving and the output efficiency is more than 95% with the smoke and dust exhaust reduced to less than 50 mg/Nm3. To control the emissions of sulfur dioxide concentration, the advanced and mature limestone-gypsum wet gas desulfurization technology outside the furnace is adopted. Thus, the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide is controlled to 400 mg/Nm3, far lower than the 1500 mg/Nm3 emission standards set by World Bank. This is the first green environment protection project adopting wet desulphurization technology. The technical, economic and environmental standards of the project take the leading place in Tajikistan.
