one of the oldest mansion in sialkot,
This historic palace owned by C -Roy a great lawyer of olden days pre -partion ,leader of opposition in sialkot against his rival sardar Gandha singh oberoi.
,now owned by king of real estate ,silkot karachi goods,Malik abdul Salam who in a deal took over for roughly 12mn from its allot tee.

This building bulit in 1935-40 by kashmiri craftsmen of kashmiri mohallah and hindu wealthy conglomerate.

it is now used as English school and some times janaza ghah for some prominent death of puran nagar residents. school and immigration business soaring high fly,almost every youngman wants to migrate to europe or cold climate where no load shedding,no robbery,no intrusion,no adulteration, no infight,no jealusosy and bribery or recommendation culture exist but merit only.

Brick of awa,and lime used to elevate this structure,which is doom type round and front face stand by pillars,its name so called took prominence.

There are score of rooms which require maintenance to avoid any risk due to longevity of structure,front is still lush green lawn or ground for children use.
It is indeed jewel in the crown of paris Rd,Puran Nagar.
