  • Hello, is there an old British Army Base near the airport somewhere, and a cemetery? I'm trying to find my grandads grave. He was a british soldier based there during WW2 and married my gran who is from Dusseldorf. My grandad died in 1986 from cancer and was buried somewhere in this area I believe. If someone could tell me the name of the cemetery i'd be very grateful. I would like to pay it a visit. If so could you Email me debra.french3@btinternet.com. Thank you.
