    looks like a impact crater. sort of the meteor splitted into 2 or 3 pieces while above ground and created a triple crater with biggest part in centre

    Google's terrain view shows a lake here. Not that you can't have lakes in craters, but the changing water levels in a seasonal lake might cause the concentric pattern of vegetation.
