Solana is a community in Dick Township (T. 44, R. 22), section 5, Aitkin County, Minnesota.

Solana developed during the lumber boom as a railroad and lumber camp, and largely disappeared when the timber ran out. The post office, 1910-38, was originally misspelled Solano.
