this college is sponsored by late sri s.smbhhonath chaturvedi mp.its building by different chaturvedi, who arae not departed to difference places.This is first colege in rural with residential facilities and catering the knowledge to the students from bah , pinahat, jaitpura kalan,shamshabad etc.thedrewas was direct link facilities bus serviceis which was running from agra to bah thru Holipura.But Banis's of bah were prejudiced and staarted \\\\\\\\bhadawar colege with help maharaj of bhadawar, which was very notorious by styudents aswell as by the students.But history of Holipura and and contribution of Holipura's chaturvedi cannot be ignored.There was only college who were having seven fields for playing to their students. no College in India cant provided such fields to their students and buildings constructed by its inhabitants.
No peron/person can borne/borned who an sacrifice such humanity,it without having any own interest.You all are invited to give any comments.
the college produced like Shri Shaligram,Rambahadur singh.shiwram singh,who raised the name and fame to the college.

  • I have got all praise for those who have built up this village and of course our college Damodar College. By the term built I never mean bearing the cost of construction or donating land and building to the college or to the village. It simply means building up a relation between its dwellers. Recently ( on 9th of Jan ) I had a meeting with other executive members of The First Alumni Association of the Institute. I was pained to note that all most all the participants of the meeting had only one opinion that Damodar College belonged only to Chaturvedis. No body else has ever contributed either to Holipura or to Damodar College. One of them even asked, " who came forward to Form the Alumni Association ? " It is we ( Chaturvedis ) who have taken the initiative. Perhaps The poor fellow did not know that I ( a non-chaturvedi ) had initiated its formation. This Chaturvedi - Non Chaturvedi feeling has been hindering progress of the village and the college. How unfortunate it is to reject the sentiments of others who really want to contribute to the progress of the village as well as to the college. Keeping this reference alive, I cant forget words of The present Manager of Damodar college. When I told him that we wish to revive the dead Alumni Association, and help building its Labs etc. he straight way told me rejecting my offer that " It is our family that has been maintaining the college for all the past years. We dont need any help from outsiders.??????. Well we have ourselves noticed the poor condition of the buildings and our once very big fields ( Play grounds ). I literally wept to see condition of the Main Lawn facing the Principal's Office, which was considered to be the best maintained Lawn in entire rural area. And this is the fact of maintenance. Those who are sensitive to these matters, must come forward to save the village and our College. Try to eradicate the fetal feeling of Chaturvedi and Non-chaturvedis " Let's unite and work for the entire area. I invite all to write to me and join me for the noble cause. I am pained to read the comments of Mr. Pramod Tandon (who if I am not wrong, should be related to Mr Tandon who taught me English),His comments smacks of arrogance and full of negativity. I expected with right exposure in life people learn manners and develop humility and learn to respect. My advice to Mr. Tandon is to increase his knowledge about the college. The college is a property of a Private Trust. If he is serious about what he has stated about contributing for building improvement,he should approach right people who matter, and refrain from making inciting, frivolous, comments which deserves to be ignored, if not condemned.
