  Well organized, decent, and friendly neighbourhood. Mostly dwelt by employees, teachers (as it is surrounded by the main city's highschools and educational institutions of the city), and recently military personnel from the nearby Makhzen Kashla (Military quasi-fort. This place is near the main and only stadium in the city. From it stemmed a team by the name of Wafa Al Fkih ben Salah,that was meant to rival IRFBS, the city's football team renown for its prestations in the mid-80s, but because of scarcy funds and some irrelevant reasons, the team faded as many other good things that faded away in this beautiful city,to mention only a few of them: the Handball team, Souk Larba (the big weekly market), and more importantly the city's youth that left the country , risked their life and istalled themselves abroad to hunt for the foriegn currencies to support the ailing resourceles economy of the country (Allah Ghaleb. One cart driver once said (as a matter of joke): "larb3a r2a7san dawla fil 3alam" ,i.e. Fkih Ben Salah (FBS) is the best country in the world. Indeed, FBS can be looked upon that way because it is a city and it is more than a city.
