also known as 'Ter Bekemolen', already mentioned in 1684.
Later called "Molen Meerschat" and "Lauriers molen', to the respective owners.

Frequently there were problems such as flooding and water shortages.
There was however a savings pool.
In the year 1960 the mill came to a halt and the building was converted to a house.
