Samaritans offer confidential support to anyone passing through a crisis or thinking of taking their own lives. They offer time and space for people to express their feelings, helping them to talk through their options and find a way to face the future. They are not a religious or political organisation. They don't judge and don't offer advice.

Central London Samaritans is the largest branch in the UK with purpose built premises located in the heart of Soho where Samaritan volunteers talk to callers 365 days a year on the phone, by email or face to face.

Visiting times are between the hours of 9am and 9pm. Alternatively, you can telephone or email anytime, 24 hours a day, throughout the year.
