Agia Moni

 monastery  Add category

Monastery built at 1840, according to a plate that exists in the monastery. It is called ''Moni''(only one) because in an orthodox icon found by a shepherd there is an inscription ''I moni ton panton elpis''( the only of all hopes). The weird about it is that on the one side the is a icon of Holy
Mary and on the other side a icon of Saint George.
