  • Bulacnin - her name was originated from the word Bulak ng Kanin. Mainly Coffee farms and Coconut farms associated with vareity of fruitbearing trees, like mango, lansones(laging ninanakaw at ayaw tirahan ang mga may ari ng Lupa), bananas, Jackfruit, Santol,etc. Her Baranggay main Chapel was donated by Mr. Pedro Aguire, a reach descendant from Manila who owned oned of the biggest farm/ranch sitauted between Burol purok 1 and Central purok 2. Residents are mostly professional practitioners on different fields of specialties. Bulacnin is situated between two municipal proper(i.e. Lipa City and Balete). A home of Peace loving people but heavily armored and protected with variety of weapons with Legal papers, ready to counter defene if urge to to do so(intruders Beware- Trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again). so dont dare to attempt to make any intrusion hehehehe.
