Indoor shopping centre with a Royal Bank, Metro+ supermarket,a Quebec liquor board store(SAQ),Pharmaprix pharmacy,Hallmark store and Iris optometrists,hairdressers,coffeeshop etc.
Completely renovated in 2009 when the metro store was expanded and moved from the eastern end to the western end of the complex and Royal Bank had a new separated building built in the parking lot next to the new SAQ separate building.The whole front of the exterior of the building is glass.The customers walk in the corridor formed between the businesses on one side and the glass wall leading to the parking lot on the other.This means that during winter there is protection from the cold but the outside can be seen by all the employees and customers.A very innovative design.
