Rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Lermontovsky Selsoviet of Seryshevsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 306 as of 2010.
Since 1935, when military builders came to the Birma's soil, with the aim of establishing a military aerodrome. The population of the Lermontovo bourough is 619 people. The municipal entity consists of four villages: Lermontovo, Pavlovka, Birma and Blizhniy Sakhalin.
