Veterans of Champlin may recognize this builing as the old Jack's or Better greasy-spoon diner, but newcomers will see a fancy little Italian restaurant built on the corner of Noble Pkwy and West River Road. It's funny how a little paint and some lattice can make a building that much better looking. I'm sure the food not having any foodborne illnesses helps, too.
