Once home to the great Snyder Drug, Jubilee Foods and Champlin Liquor, this quasi-indoor mall was renovated in 2000 to eliminate the indoor portion, was given new anchors (Champlin Alternative School where the foodstore used to be, Snyder Drug moving to the opposite end where the liquor store once occupied), and the indoor connectivity was essentially cut off, save for a few obligitory hard-to-eliminate entrances. Former home to Champlin Pizza and many up-start storefronts that failed and failed again (Tools & More, Champlin Fitness). Currently undergoing a revival, with outlots being constructed, and fancy coffee and cellular telephone dealers moving in every day.
