Dilasag is a coastal municipality in the province of Aurora in the Philippines. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 15,683 people. It is situated on the northern tip of the province.

The municipality was formerly composed of the barrios of Mangetahan, Dimamisit, Dilasag and Esperanza in the municipality of Casiguran, Aurora. In 1959, these barrios were separated from Casiguran and constituted into the municipal district of Dilasag. A decade later, the district was converted into a municipality.

Dilasag is politically subdivided into 11 barangays:

-Esperanza
-Lawang

-Manggitahan
-Masagana (Poblacion)
