The Cove (also known as Bunkers Cove) is one of the oldest and largest neighborhoods within Panama City, Florida. It began to form in the early 1900's and development soared in the 1920's Florida land boom. Surviving the Great Depression, the area saw renewed growth once the troops came home after WWII. The Cove attracted residents and tourists alike for its bayfront vistas and convenient location in relation to the city. These amenities remain popular selling points today.
