It is a training center for Asians for cross-cultural missions and church ministries.
GCMTC is a non-stock and non-profit religious corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
It is a member of the Philippine Missions Association (PMA) and the Phililippine Association of Bible & Theological Schools (PABATS)

History:
It was established in Mandaluyong City called the Asian Center for Missionary Education (ACME) by Dr. Met & Ina Castillo as a training program for missionary candidates. Initially, it offered the Missionary Training Modules, a short-term training course for career and short-term missionaries and tentmakers.
1994 - It was formally organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and renamed as Great Commission Missionary Training Center, Incorporated (GCMTC).
1996 - GCMTC acquired a 981 sq.m. property in Barangay San Roque, Antipolo City, Rizal.
1998 - The 1st building was erected, a 2-level building with a floor area of 448 sq.m. It houses an assembly hall, 2 classrooms, a library, and an administration office.
2002 - The 2nd building as erected, a 3-level facility with a floor area of 672 sq.m. On the ground floor is the kitchen-dining area and the men’s dorm; on the 2nd floor is the ladies dorm; on the 3rd floor is another assembly hall, normally used for conferences & seminars.
GCMTC began to expand its training programs to include Church planting seminars, leadership trainings and in 2002 the All Nations College.
