NCT was established in 1991 and became the leading smart technologies company in Russia and CIS. One of the most noticeable projects developed by NCT is Petrol Plus, which is an automatic loyalty and non-cash payment system used at petrol stations. The first payment that went through this system occurred in 1995, and by now our system is used by such leaders on the oil market as Rosneft, TNK-BP, UKOS, Tatneft, Lukoil and hundreds of other stand-alone companies. More than 700 projects have been launched with thousands of terminals and millions of cards successfully operating in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Belarus, Mongolia, Lithuania, Poland and other countries.

Besides petrol station system, NCT has been also the leading provider of plastic cards and terminals for banking industry since 1991. Partnering with Sagem Monetel, Gemalto and Intellect helped us to achieve high level of proficiency and provide professional service to our clients: Alfa-Bank, Vozrozhdenie Bank, Privatbank, Impexbank, Master Bank, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and many others.
