Carp Village is a town North West of Ottawa proper and is now part of the amalgamated city of Ottawa. It is the location of the historic Carp Fair, which is 145 years old, and the Diefenbunker, a onetime Cold War bunker built for Prime Minister Diefenbaker, now holds the Cold War Museum.
