  • Lately this mall has been seeing a lot of vacant space. Rumors are that the mall charges more rent than its tenants can afford given the level of sales they're able to get in the mall. Still, Manassas Mall shows more diversity in stores than most, with a Macy's at one end and a Wal-Mart at the other. There are two video game stores, a hobby shop, a Spencer's Gifts, a toy store, an As Seen On TV store, a dollar store, an arcade, a Radio Shack, a bookstore, and a plethora of more typical "mall stores."
  • As of 2014, this mall has been bought out by Pyramid Management and they are doing excellent on rejuvenating the mall. Sure, the Facebook page may be full of Mondays/weekend memes, but you can see that they have been doing an excellent job of stripping the infamous turquoise theme (as seen on the columns, and the skylight), renovating the food court, and have even posted a concept for the mall as their timeline. Great work, but this mall is still pretty drab and dingy in places. How about making it a major tourist center?...
