Brgy. Hanglid, President Roxas, Capiz

This is where i spent most of my childhood, It is so sad to say the truth that "i am full of regret growing up in this place". 'cause i think i deserve much better than what i had learned and experienced. -Archie I Denolo

  • The most memorable part of my life is growing up in Hanglid. We did not have much, however, I am happy and proud of my home barangay. Last April 2008, I brought my fiance home with me. We stayed in Hanglid for 2 weeks. He loved the place so much and we are going back on April 2010. He liked the friendly people. Although he is Caucasian (Canadian), he enjoyed sitting on the bench at the side of the street and drink beer and whisky with the guys in the barangay. He is looking forward to do this again. We stayed for 2 weeks, he realized it's too short. So, this time we are staying for 3 weeks. He is also looking forward that someday we will be spending 4 months in Hanglid.
  • I spent part of my childhood in Hanglid. We later then moved to Brgy Badiangon where most of my relatives are.My life in Hanglid was simple and hard.Lot of friends though, and enjoyed playing with them.My friends Amihan Deserva,Edna Dichosa and her sisters,Bebot Dilao and sisters. Most of my late father's relatives still reside in Campo. Will visit them someday.God bless President Roxas!
