Founded in 1988 by a group of Russian science fiction writers. They published complete writings by the Strugatskies brothers in the middle of the nineties. In the beginning of the XXI century they began a project to publish complete writings by Soviet writers Ilya Ilf and Eugene Petrov which is really a huge undertaking. All writings will come in the original edition by the writers themselves. Besides they run several series of modern Jewish literature: the Prose of Jewish Life and the Chais Collection. They publish good and qualitative literature by modern authors, leaving aside all kinds of mainstream and fashionable graphomania.
