  Mr. TalhaBarkat, please do some researche work before editing title of this confluence. The river Jehlam ends at Trimoon when it merges into Chanaab. The segment of the river from Head Trimoon to its confluence with Raavi is known as Chanaab. Please consult the local habitants and other map resources before making any such vital change, in future.
